Culpepper Landing

 

Land Planning Solutions was invited to participate in this project after the conceptual Master Plan and rezoning had been completed by others. LPS is responsible for maintaining the proposed character and theme of the community through architectural and landscape reviews by serving as a member of the Architectural Review Board for the community.

Along with this duty, Land Planning Solutions has been working with Robinson Development and individual builders on refining the community design, layout and landscape design to better serve the seller and buyers of Culpepper Landing.

During the course of the project, LPS was responsible for:

  • Serving as Architectural and Landscape Review Board
  • Renderings of the Master Plan for marketing material
  • Design of the communities Entry Feature
  • Illustrative elevations of residential buildings
  • Conceptual design of the communities sales center
  • Landscape design for various areas throughout the community and several single family lots.


The team at LPS is well qualified to serve as the Architectural Review Board for this community. Our diverse experience in housing design, landscape design, planning and engineering has allowed us to shape the community into a place where many residents will be proud to call Culpepper Landing their home. From the entry feature design to the color choices for the single family homes, LPS has been instrumental in creating the unique character of Culpepper Landing.
