The development at Highgrove presented LPS with unique design and engineering challenges that were successfully dealt with. Access to the site had to be handled through a narrow access easement, requiring significant contact with the adjacent owners. LPS successfully worked with all parties involved and the resulting entry boulevard adds an attractive feature to the surrounding neighborhood. Unique measures were also taken to ensure the proper function of the stormwater management facility through the use of a geosynthetic clay liner.
