Manchester Station

 

Manchester Station is a Neo-Traditional development located in Virginia Beach, Virginia consisting of 108 single family lots and significant open spaces. Land Planning Solutions planned the development to preserve the vast majority of the wooded areas and allow direct views of open spaces from many of the homes. In all, over 60% of the site was planned as open space. Designed as a Neo-Traditional development, Manchester Station has many alley loaded homes and seeks to create a pedestrian friendly environment.

During the course of the project, LPS was responsible for:

  • Land Planning
  • Illustrative Graphics and Renderings
  • Rezoning application from Agricultural to R-10 with PD-H2 Overlay
  • Subdivision plans
  • Entry Feature Design

Land Planning Solutions worked with the client and the city to successfully rezone the property and has recently received final engineering approval. The site is ready for development.
