Meridian Parkside

 

Meridian Parkside, located in Newport News, Virginia, consists of an 11 acre townhome site and a 16 acre apartment site. 388 gated apartment units are built and provide residents with a safe, high quality clubhouse, pool and fitness center. The 138 townhomes are currently under construction. Proposed is a tennis court, pool and clubhouse.

During the course of the project, LPS was responsible for:

Meridian Parkside was originally designed by others and Land Planning Solutions was assigned the task of redesigning the development. Our goal was to avoid expensive conflicts and to provide an efficient infrastructure design that would significantly reduce development costs. Extensive effort was involved in landscape restoration after the accidental removal of buffer trees by a sub-contractor. The final plan resulted in a successful For Sale and Rental Multi Family development.
