Bridgeway Commerce Park
Bridgeway Commerce Park has been designed in multiple phases as owners continue to purchase and develop the parcels located along Harbour View Boulevard in Suffolk. LPS designed the conceptual landplan for the park has designed and submitted subdivision plans as well as all necessary infrastructure to support the proposed development.
The owners of River Stone Chop (an 11,000 s.f. restaurant) and the Woodley Office Building (a three story, 23,000 s.f. office building) then approached LPS to continue with the site design of their individual parcels. The completed Riverstone Chop House is situated well on the site to display its unique architectural features.
During the course of the project, LPS was responsible for:
- Conceptual Land Planning
- Subdivision Plans
- Site Construction Plans
- Coordination with Architect, surveyor, and geotechnical engineer
- Construction Phase Services Including: - Site Visits
- Entry Feature Designs for future developments proposed on the property.
- Inspections
- As Built Drawings
Land Planning Solutions worked with the diverse development team of Suffolk Towers LLC to implement a successful overall design. This included quickly re-design of an entrance road to avoid costly private utility relocation found unexpectedly during construction and updating storwater management plans to conform to current standards. LPS worked diligently to coordinate the design of the various outparcels to provide quick resolution between all interested parties.
