Stony Run Manor
Stony Run Manor is a 22 acre residential community located in Chesapeake, Virginia and is comprised of 51 single family lots. Care was taken to preserve the existing trees and natural areas. Stoney Run is conveniently located to many of Chesapeake’s amenities but by preserving the natural areas, a relaxed and peaceful environment has been created. ;)
During the course of the project, LPS was responsible for:
- Land Planning and Site Analysis
- Subdivision Plans
- Stormwater management facility design
- Offsite Road & Utility Improvements
- Pump Station Analysis
- Entry Feature Design
- Oversight of Wetland Permitting
- Oversight of Boundary and Topographic survey
- Graphics and Marketing Material for Single Family Elevations
Stony Run Manor offered LPS a chance to use our collective experience to capitalize on the sites advantages and overcome its limitations. From pump station analysis to entry feature designs and marketing graphics, Land Planning Solutions was able to provide a comprehensive design package to the client . LPS worked closely with consultants to permit on-site wetlands and successfully dealt with a canal designated as U.S. waters along the edge of the property. Home elevations were later developed that helped to effectively market homes to future buyers.
