The Shoppes at Overyork

The Shoppes at Overyork consist of a 12,000 s.f. retail center located on a one acre parcel in York County Virginia.

During the course of the project, LPS was responsible for:

  • Marketing Renderings of Building Elevation
  • Final Site Plan Submittal and Approval
  • Coordination with Surveyor and Architect

 


Land Planning Solutions was able to quickly develop site plans for this small commercial development. The final product is a successful retail building including various small retail establishments that are currently thriving at this one acre parcel. Landscape plans were developed to highlight the buildings features and to provide the necessary buffers between the adjacent properties.
