Melissa Venable, Principal Planner and Founder formed LPS in 2004. Her goal was to create a company dedicated to designing communities, spaces and homes where families would thrive in the preserved landscape around them. LPS is more than a job to Melissa, it is her passion. She cares about her client’s projects and challenges as if they were her own. For over 25 years, she has focused on urban design, campus planning, residential/commercial design, re-zoning, site development, landscape architecture and natural resource management. Her career has taken her from the Washington Metropolitan Market all the way to Tidewater, VA. Melissa and her entire team are committed to client satisfaction, environmental preservation and going the extra mile.
